应用范围 

VEGACAP 系列的限位传感器被用于那些具有稳定的电测量条件的容器和管道中的均质液体和固料。 它们的作用是溢流保护，干运行保护，油/水探测以及泡沫探测。 在液体中主要采用完全绝缘的结构形式。 它们可以在侵蚀性液体或粘附严重的介质中测量限位。 在固料中优先使用部分绝缘的结构形式。 

测量原理 

在电容式测量物位时，传感器和容器形成一个电容器的两个电极。 因物位变化而引起的电容量变化会转变成一个开关信号。 电容式测量原理对安装和装配没有提出特殊要求。 

优点 

这种低成本限位传感器可以集成到容器或管道内的任何安装位置中。 因测量缆和测量棒可以缩短，故可以使之适应各种应用要求，且安装很简便。 其结实的机械设计为可靠的无故障和免维护运行以及较长的使用寿命奠定了基础。 

应用范围

VEGACAP 64 用作导电液位测量传感器。 棒式电极采用全密封，*适于粘稠和粘着填料的测量。
