应用范围 

VEGACAL 系列的牢固的物位传感器被用于那些具有稳定的电测量条件的固料和均质液体的物位测量。 仪表采用完全绝缘的结构形式，既可测量腐蚀性液体也可测量严重粘附的介质。 对于固料优先使用部分绝缘的结构形式。 

测量原理 

在电容式测量物位时，传感器和容器形成一个电容器的两个电极。 因物位变化而引起的电容量变化会转变成一个物位信号。 

优点 

这种物位测量法成本低，可以在无盲区的情况下在整个传感器长度上进行测量。 因测量缆和测量棒可以缩短，故可以使之适应各种应用要求，且安装很简便。 其结实的机械设计为可靠的无故障和免维护运行以及较长的使用寿命奠定了基础。  

由于可以在整个探头长度上进行测量，故可达到*大的容器利用率

因安装和调试简便，故能节省成本

VEGACAL 65物位测量传感器能在所有工业环境中广泛应用。 部分绝缘的测量电极常用于粒料测量，也可用于不导电液体的测量，比如油类。 机械结构久经考验，保证极高的功能安全性。
